Parents Night Out – Cupid’s Quest

Cupid’s arrows have gone missing and chaos has taken over the dojo! This Valentine’s Day, our ninjas will leap into action on an epic Cupid-themed adventure packed with games, challenges, teamwork, and nonstop fun.

Kids will:
• Search the dojo for hidden hearts using riddles and clues
• Recover Cupid’s missing foam arrows
• Tackle balance drills, teamwork puzzles, and mini ninja challenges
• Face off in the final showdown to defeat the Grumpy Gargoyle
• Learn teamwork, confidence, and the power of friendship

Dress in Valentine colors, enjoy your evening, and come back to happy, tired ninjas!

Sun Fun Classic Tournament

Karate World is excited to present our yearly tournament — the Sun Fun Classic!

📅 Saturday, February 7, 2026
📍 Location: Murrells Inlet Community Center

We encourage all students to participate and showcase their skills in this fun and competitive event. Students will be receiving registration flyers in class. If you have any questions, please see Mr. Zeke or Ms. Paige for details. Let’s make this year’s tournament a success — we can’t wait to see everyone there!

The Goodwill Tournament 2026 hosted by Chuck Elias will be on February 28th in Lady’s Island, SC.

Pawleys Island Grand Opening

Karate World is excited to announce the official opening of Karate World Pawleys Island!

We want to invite all of our students to train at the new school for no additional cost between our soft opening (projected to be February 2nd) and our grand opening on February 21st.

This offer stands for anyone moving to the new location, thinking about it, or even those who just want to try it out. We will be sending emails with more information and the class schedule. Paper copies of the schedule will be available upon request.

Intent to Promote

The intent to promote fee for your child’s next belt is $40, with an early bird rate of $30 for payments made by March 15.

Payments after March 15 will still be accepted, though belt availability at graduation cannot be guaranteed.

Camps

Spring Into Action – Spring Break Training Camp

📅 April 6–10
⏰ 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
📍 Karate World – Garden City

Open to ages 5 and up, including members and non-members. Each day features a different theme to keep kids excited and engaged: Ninja Survival, Nerf Wars, Cobra Kai, Belt Boot Camp, and Karate World Game Day. This camp also serves as a preview of our exciting Summer Camps.

💲 Pricing:
• $135 before April 1
• $170 after April 1
• Daily drop-in: $50 per day
• $45 per day for BBC & TE members

Lunch is included for campers attending free for one day. Campers should bring lunch, a snack, and comfortable workout clothes. Spots are limited and fill fast.

• July 20–24: Summer Promotion Camp

Valentine’s Day Cards

Valentine card orders will be ready for pickup Wednesday the 4th and Thursday the 5th during B night classes.

Important Information

For all upgrade programs (BBC & TE), the weapon for Quarter 1 (January–March) of 2026 will be the Kamas.
