For the month of December we are writing cards for our local senior center. Sometimes our seniors may not have family nearby to spend the holidays with so we want all of our students to write cards to brighten their day during the holidays season.

Saturday, December 6, 2025 – Holiday Event
Our Holiday Event will be held on Saturday, December 6th from 9:00AM to 1:00PM. We will have fun activities for the kids outside along with hot chocolate and snacks. Please bring your fortune cookie and remember—don’t open it ahead of time or it doesn’t count! Let’s see who wins 1 free year at Big Air and the $100 pro shop credit.
Holiday Buddy Bag – Saturday, December 6, 2025
Holiday Buddy Bags will start going out the day of the Holiday Event on December 6th. Everyone who cannot make it may get theirs following the event. These bags can be given out to friends and have a value of $188! Your friend will get a month of training for free, a belt, and a uniform. If your friend signs up, you will receive our referral rewards offer!
Holiday Challenge – All December / Holiday Break
We are participating in an awesome holiday challenge this year!
Over the holiday break, students will practice their jumping jacks at home. Students are preparing to be able to do 100 jumping jacks in 90 seconds! This will help kids work on their timing and their stamina while also keeping them engaged over the holiday break. When we return from break, we will host our challenge to see which students can complete their 100 jumping jacks in 90 seconds. Those that complete the challenge will receive an exclusive holiday challenge certificate and special treasure box!
Thursday, December 4, 2025 – Intent To Promotes Due
Intent to promotes will be due Thursday, December 4th. Please make sure to turn these in so Ms. Paige can get everyone’s belt ordered in time for belt testing the week of December 15th. Belt testing will take place both A nights and B nights during testing week with promotions on the 17th and 18th along with Parents Night.
Saturday, December 13, 2025 – Black Belt Test
Black Belt Test will be held on Saturday, December 13th starting at 12:00PM and ending around 2:00PM. If any testers have any questions, please see a staff member ASAP.
Wednesday & Thursday, December 17–18, 2025 – Parents Night
Parents Night will be December 17th and 18th. Come to class with your student and bring your square hand target. (Promotions will also be held these nights during testing week.)
Saturday, December 20, 2025 – Parents Night Out: Holiday Movie Night
Time: 5:00PM to 9:00PM
Cost: $45 ($40 for Black Belt Club / Team Elite)
Join us for an awesome holiday party! We are going to watch holiday movies, play signature Karate World games, have pizza, and cookies and milk! Sign up by seeing a staff member, using the Spark app, or the QR code.

We’re excited to announce that the Spark Member App is now available for all students! This app will make it easier to view class schedules and stay connected.
How to Download the Spark Member App:
- Click here for the app on Google Play Store (Android) or Click here for the app in the Apple App Store (iPhone), or you can search for “Spark Member” in the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
- Download the app and follow the prompts to set it up. When prompted, use our Studio Code: 4660.
- Log in using the email associated with your account. If needed, click “Send Password Again” to receive an activation email.
- Retrieve your temporary password, log in, and you are all set!

Update About Electronic Payments
Our payment processor, Spark, will apply a small processing fee to all electronic transactions (credit and debit cards). This fee goes directly to Spark, not Karate World. If you’d like to avoid the fee, you’re welcome to pay by cash or check. Thank you for your continued support!
Cancelation Policy: 📢 Important Tuition Policy Reminder:
To stop automatic withdrawals for tuition, a 30-day written notice is required.
How to Cancel:
- Send an email to: karateworldssb@gmail.com.
- Confirmation Required: Please ensure you receive a confirmation email from us to complete the cancellation process.
- Note: No refunds will be issued after an account has been drafted.
